We accept returns for exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving your costumes, dresses, or wigs etc.
The full price of the item will be refunded as long as the product is new and in good condition.
Shipping costs, taxes, and the Worry-Free Delivery fee are non-refundable.

How to Process Your Return

1.Contact Customer Service First
Please contact our customer service team before sending anything back. We will determine whether your item is eligible for an exchange or refund according to our return policy.

2.Receive Return Instructions
Once confirmed, our team will provide you with the correct return address and the detailed instructions for the next steps.

3.Shipping Costs
Under normal circumstances, the return shipping cost is paid by the customer, while we cover the shipping cost of the replacement.
We do not charge any extra handling fees for returns or exchanges.
Please note: If a customer sends back merchandise without prior approval, we will not cover any costs, and we will not take responsibility or offer any compensation.

4.Refund Timeline
After we receive and inspect the returned merchandise, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends).

Eligible for Return or Exchange

You may return merchandise for an exchange or refund under the following conditions:

• The product has quality issues.
• The regular size does not fit.

If you plan to return the merchandise, please make sure:

• The item has never been used, worn, altered, or damaged.
• All original packaging, garment tags, and tracking number are included.
• Please double-check all details before sending the return.
• Costumes must be returned with a valid tracking number.

Return Not Accepted

• Special Sale ,Clearance items or Last Batch items: Cannot be returned for a refund. We can offer an exchange only for available sizes in stock.
• If you return only part of a costume set, the payment for that set cannot be refunded.
• Items that are worn, used, stained, contain animal hair, or have been altered.
• Undergarments, socks, and stockings.
• One-time wear or indoor-use items such as shoe covers, boot tops, costume shoes, etc.
• Prosthetics, fangs, fake teeth, cosmetics, beards, facial hair, and any other artificial hair products, including hairpieces, clips, extensions, headbands, barrettes, hair accessories, and hats with attached hair.
